Equipping God's People for Various Roles in Mission and Ministry

Every minister knows that part of our role is to "equip the saints for the work of ministry"—but we don't always know how.

Sometimes we prioritize titles over gifts, and care more about "plugging holes" than "discovering callings." And even as we try to raise up leaders, we limit our training to input and information, rather than holistic development, and what the Bible calls "testing and proving" someone's readiness. This workshop addresses some ofthe hesitations and mistakes we make in ourtraining efforts, and blends historic practices with tangible, prayerful principles to help every member of your church thrive in the roles God calls them to.
