Through in person training, cohort learning, and personalized coaching, Sending Cohorts help churches discern, develop, and deploy leaders for gospel centered ministry and church planting.

Church Venture Northwest in partnership with The Equipping Group is working to guide churches in cultivating a culture of multiplying leaders, ministries, and churches.

In-Person Training will include sessions covering:

• Foundations for Sensing - The Bible & Your Church's History

• A Vision for Sending

• A Culture for Sending

• Leading the Charge

Requirement: At least two leaders from each participating church must attend.

Zoom calls:

Each Cohort will have five 90-minute Zoom Calls. Ben Connelly will lead three cohort calls, and Paul Hoffman will lead two 1:1 calls.
