This Learning Community connects you with a diverse group of peers from different backgrounds, creating a rich space for collaborative learning.

In September and December, you’ll gather in-person in two different cities alongside experienced Multipliers and fellow emerging leaders. These intimate, living room–style sessions are designed for meaningful conversations and actionable insights you can immediately implement in your ministry. There will also be 2 online gatherings between the 2 in-person gatherings

This journey will challenge you to redefine success in your church by focusing on what it takes to be a Multiplier: A healthy disciple-making leader that champions reproduction. If you are in your early 20’s to early 30’s and eager to make a lasting kingdom impact in your city and beyond, this opportunity is for you.

Throughout this journey, you won’t just gain knowledge and fresh ideas; you’ll build lasting relationships with leaders who share your vision for multiplication. By participating in the Emerging Leader Cohort, you’ll be equipped and empowered to live out your calling…shaping the future of the Church and the Kingdom through the way you lead today.
